DAILY PRAYERS FROM MORNING TO NIGHT .

After  woke   up  from  sleep , lie  down  for  some  time  till  person  is  fully  awake . Then  closing  eyes  slowly  turn  to  left  and  start  getting  up  slowly , sit  straight  and recite  the  sloka

नमोऽस्त्वनन्ताय सहस्रमूर्तये , सहस्रपादाक्षि शिरोरुबाहवे |
सहस्रनाम्ने पुरुषाय शाश्वते , सहस्रकोटी युगधारिणे नमः

English Transliteartion
Namostvantaya Sahasra Moortaye
Sahasrapaadakshi Shirorubahave
Sahasranaamne Purushaaya Shaswate
Sahasra Kotee Yugadharine Namah

English Translation
Salutations to those All Pervading Energies with thousand forms, having thousand eyes, heads, feet, and arms. Salutations to that eternal being called by a thousand names and sustaining the world through billions of years.

Transliteration ;

నమోస్త్వనంతాయ  సహస్ర  మూర్తయే

సహస్ర  పాదాక్షి  శిరోరుబాహవే

సహస్రనామ్నే  పురుషాయ  శాశ్వతే

సహస్ర  కోటీ  యుగధారిణే  నమః |

Translation ;

ఏ  శక్తి  ఐతే  వేయి  తలలు , వేయి  జతల  కళ్ళు , వేయి  జతల  పాదములు , వేయి  జతల  బాహువులు  కలిగిన  వేయి  రూపములు  కలిగి , వేయి  నామములతో  వేయి  సంవత్సరములు  కొనసాగిస్తారో , శాశ్వతుడు ,అనంతుడు,    పురుషోత్తముడు  ఐన  ఆ  శక్తికి  ప్రణమిల్లుతున్నాను .

still  closing  eyes , put  both  palms  in  anjali  mudra  and  recite  this  sloka

Karagre vasate laxmihi, kara madhye saraswati
Kara moole sthithe  Gauri , prabhate kar darshnam.

English Translation

Goddess Laxmi, the goddess of Wealth on the tip of my fingers,
Goddess Sarawati, the goddess of Knowledge in the center of my palm,
Goddess  Parvati , the goddess of devine strength in the front of my palm
the embodiment of prosperity, dexterity & fertility  respectively
Help my hands to be put to the best use during the day.

Transliteration ;

కరాగ్రే  వసతే  లక్ష్మి , కర  మధ్యే సరస్వతి

కర  మూలే  స్థితే  గౌరి , ప్రభాతే  కర  దర్శనం |

Translation ;

చేతి  వేళ్ళ  చివరలో  లక్ష్మిదేవి , అరచేతి  లో  సరస్వతి , చేయి  మొదట్లో  పార్వతి  ఉన్న చేతులను  ప్రొద్దునే  దర్శ్నమ్  చేసుకుంటే  అష్టఐశ్వర్యాలు  లభిస్తాయి .

slowly  rub  eyes  and  face  with  palms  and  open  eyes  slowly.

after  this ,  person  would  be  fully  awake  , free   of   any  thoughts .
